I had the most charming stay at a boutique hotel in a vibrant area filled with boutiques and restaurants. The hotel staff made me feel like family and the bistro served exceptional food and wine. Exploring the nearby Charles Street was a delight. it was a fabulous experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the old-fashioned charm of this small hotel in the Beacon Hill area, with the trees in front of the windows and the access to a small terrace overlooking Charles Street maybe the most romantic place in Boston (at least during Indian summer). The room was not overly big but nicely decorated. Breakfast in the Bistro - among the best French restaurants in Boston with an impressive list of European wines - was a real treat. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful area. I could easily walk to all the attractions in the downtown area, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made me feel welcome. The room was cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the free breakfast, it was a great way to start my day.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenience of location and super friendliness. Immediately following 2 weeks of fine dining across Canada and Maine (Europea', Panache, Press Gang, White Barn Inn, etc.) we at at the Beacon Hill Bistro and decided that the menu, preperation, presentation and creativity was equally as good as the $400 highly rated resturaunts and (in our judgement) probably better! Great place to stay.

The hotel boasted beautiful furnishings and had a real identity that set it apart from other places I've stayed. The location was perfect, nestled in the leafy streets of a charming neighborhood. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay easy and enjoyable. The highlight for me was the fantastic breakfast, served in a lovely restaurant. The hotel also had a brilliant outdoor area upstairs where guests could relax and enjoy drinks while surfing the internet on their devices. a truly wonderful experience.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful without being pushy, and were very knowledgeable about for example the collection at the MFA.The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast superb. The Beacon Hill location makes a good start to sightseeing and is just across the Common from a Subway station. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped.

Although the room was very small, every bit of space was utilized. The bed was comfortable, bath relaxing, view beautiful. The area is so quaint and close to everything. We were able to walk to the theater. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location, smart but understated, rather european in aspect.
Our bedroom was terribly small for the money - we could only open our suitcase on the bed. It would have been nicer to have a separate recpetion for hotel guests.

TV was difficult to use and too small, would have rather had none. Expensive for what you got....
